Instant Return Policy (At the Time of Delivery)
We offer an Instant Return Option at the time of delivery only.

You must check the product immediately in front of the delivery agent.

If there is any issue, you must return the product instantly while the delivery agent is present.

The product must be handed back to the delivery agent at that time.
Note: Any advance amount paid for an order is non-refundable.
Important: Once the product has been successfully delivered and payment has been completed, no return will be applicable under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy (Within 48 Hours)
We allow exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery, subject to review and approval.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

The item must be unmarked (no makeup marks, stains, or scents).

It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Approval Process
Exchanges are not automatic and are subject to logical assessment.

You must contact us with a clear explanation of your reason for exchange.

Our team will evaluate the validity of your request.

If the reason is deemed logical (e.g., sizing discrepancy despite correct ordering, genuine misunderstanding regarding the product), the exchange may be approved.

Rimberio reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the reasoning is insufficient or if the product has been handled negligently.
Damages and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Inform the delivery agent instantly and return it on the spot, or

Contact us within 48 hours (for exchange review only).
